New Research on B12 Levels
Nutrients play an important role in your overall health and well-being. Although much is known about the way nutrients affect your body, researchers are still discovering new mechanisms of action. Take vitamin B-12 for instance, it is commonly known to affect red blood cell production, nerve health, DNA formation and cell division, but scientists are also finding that it influences more than that. A lack of B-12 could even be more detrimental to the body than was previously believed.
